Found an awesome new home at a great price. Even though I could not view in person she gracefully accommodated my sister to view home and provide FaceTime view. She orchestrated an efficient and flawless closing. I have bought many home across the USA during my military career and have to say Joanne provided the best service ever which made my transition to Florida and new house pleasant. She also played an important role in selling my property four years later. During those years she always stayed in contact and and agent and a friend.
